No. It isn’t a grant, an ECO scheme or a loan, and there’s nothing to pay back. The free triple glazing upgrade is funded by your installer.
Who will contact me?
We call you once to book your free survey with one approved installer covering your postcode. We’ll tell you who they are on that call and only pass on your details if you agree, and they’ll WhatsApp you to confirm the day before. Your survey, quote, installation and guarantee are all with them.
Will I get loads of sales calls?
No. Just 1 call from us to book, then a WhatsApp from your installer the day before. Your details go to one installer only, and we don’t sell them on.
Is Eco Funding Solutions an installer?
No. We’re an independent service that matches homeowners with approved local installers.
Why do you ask whether I own my home?
Installers need the owner’s agreement to replace windows and doors.
Is there any obligation?
None. The survey and quote are free, and you can take your time to decide. Your quote stays valid for 28 days.
What if I change my mind after signing?
You have 14 days to cancel with no charge.
What does it cost to use your service?

Yes. If you accept your quote within 28 days, your windows are upgraded to triple glazing at no extra cost, and your quote is priced the same as it would be for double glazing. It applies to windows only, not doors, patio doors, French doors or bifolds. Vertical sliding windows and windows with Georgian or astragal bars stay double glazed.
How do I know which of my windows qualify?
Your installer will tell you at the survey, and your written quote will show which windows are triple glazed.
What if my installer goes out of business?
Your 10-year guarantee is insurance-backed, so it stays protected for the full term even if your installer stops trading. You’ll get the insurance certificate with your paperwork.
